Following a simple enquiry from Canada in 1999, regarding a family by the name of Sanders living in Lich (Leech) Street in the early 1800's resulted in a twenty year intense research by Pam Hinks & CASP (Canadian Adaptions of Shakespeare Project).

The journey resulted in walking in the footsteps of William Shakespeare & his family, this site will eventually bring the connections of the Sanders family who for over four hundred years were Custodians of the Portrait painted of Shakespeare during his lifetime, by a family ancestor in 1603 together with other connections of noble gentry through  many generations & thousands of records researched including world class scientific results.
